Garlic Info
All our garlic offered are hard-necks with the exception of one soft-neck, Inchelium Red.
Soft-necks are usually better suited to more mild climates.
Most garlic packaged and offered for sale in stores is soft-neck and grown in California or imported from China.
Customers have told us they need to use at least twice as much supermarket garlic as hard-neck garlic to achieve the same level of flavor.
